Alexandra Kassotaki Interiors, is a private enterprise registered in Greece. It processes personal data, as an employer, as a supplier of services, for marketing purposes and in connection to visits to its website www.a.kassotaki.gr
How we process your personal information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:
a) In relation to the performance of contractual and/or legal obligations. This personal information may be shared with state authorities or other professionals as required for the fulfilment of legal compliance. This personal information may also be exchanged and transferred outside of the EU if such exchange and transfer is required for the fulfillment of contracts and/or is legally required. It will not be disclosed nor sold to parties unrelated to these purposes. Personal data is stored in secure databases.
b) For marketing & business relations purposes. This personal information includes your name, job title, company, business email address and business postal address. It is not disclosed nor sold to third parties but may be shared with server providers and website administrators. Personal data for marketing purposes remain in the Company’s password-controlled database unless the data subject requests the deletion.
c) In relation to recruitment. When you apply for a job vacancy, we shall retain your personal data submitted to us through your cv application for a maximum of one year. During this period, your personal information shall be disclosed only internally to the appropriate decision-making people of our Company. After this period your personal data will be deleted. We will not disclose nor sell your personal information to third parties.
d) In relation to employment. The Company keeps such personal data for its employees as required by employment laws, social security laws and taxation laws of Greece. This data is securely stored and maintain during the employment period. In case of termination of employment, the Company shall maintain such personal data for as the Greek law prescribes. Employment-related personal data are shared with or processed by IT professionals and accountants. It will not be disclosed nor sold to parties unrelated to the employment-related internal procedures.
In any case, the Company shall not sell personal data or use it in a way that is contrary to data protection regulations and to ethics.
